Private Sessions

One-on-one sessions with the trainer to meet your dog's specific needs. Private sessions take place at Urban Bark (Saint Clair and Oakwood) or in-home.

 

Puppy Survival Kit: 4 sessions

 

For puppies under 6 months old. These sessions focus on setting you and your pup for success as they explore the world around them. The focus is far less on obedience and more on play, structure, relationship building, and socialization. 

 

-How to play with your puppy

-Building confidence in new situations

-How to properly socialize your puppy

-Potty training and crate training

-Getting your puppy comfortable with grooming and handling

-Building engagement with your puppy

 

Basic Obedience: 4 Sessions

 

For dogs over six months old. This course covers all the essentials to create a balanced, polite, and happy dog:

 

-Leash Walking

-Basic Commands: Sit, Down, Stay, Place

-Engagement and Relationship Building

-Beginner recall

-Proper Greetings 

 

Basic Obedience + Reactivity or Behaviour Modification: 6 Sessions

 

For dogs over six months who need the basics plus a little bit more. This course covers everything listed in basic obedience as well as addressing behavioural issues such as reactivity to humans or dogs, excessive barking, separation anxiety, or general nervousness. These sessions are customized to address your specific concerns. 

 

Advanced Obedience: 4 Sessions

 

Advanced Obedience is available to dogs who have completed the basic obedience package. This course aims to add difficulty to all exercises performed in the basic obedience package by adding distance, duration, and distraction, to prepare your dog for any situation. This package also includes off leash (e-collar) training if the owner desires.
